As you may have heard,India is amid a crisis of the second wave of Covid which is 3.5 times higher than the peak of the first wave. The whole medical infrastructure has collapsed and India is in dire need of resources like oxygen concentrators that provide portable oxygen to all those affected by Covid 19. Many are dying due to a severe shortage in oxygen at hospitals and will benefit from 5 to 10 liters per minute (LPM) of oxygen supply.
We, at Luke’s International Fellowship and Enrichment (LIFE) have decided to partner with an organization called Friends of Agape based in Colorado Springs, CO that will help provide for these immediate oxygen needs through your generous giving.
Sometimes, we are not sure of how to make an impact around us with the resources we have. Supporting this cause is a great way to make sure that our light is “like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine for all to see, so that everyone will praise your Heavenly Father” Matt 5:14-16. A little help will go a long way as we request that you prayerfully give to this cause to help alleviate the pain and desperation of our fellow brothers and sisters in India at this time. We hope that your small gesture of giving will be the light that turns India to Jesus!
